Written out because the first contact is the part people find hardest, and there is nothing about it worth being anxious over.
You speak with someone who carries files, not with a commission-paid closer. Nobody in this practice is paid on signature.
None are requested at any point during the consultation. Membership is only offered once your application is accepted.
Some consultations end with us saying we are not the right practice. Where we know a firm better suited to your search, we name it.
By telephone, video or in person. Evenings and weekends are available, and rescheduling costs nothing.
Bring the awkward ones — cost, discretion, who else knows, what happens if it does not work. Those are the ones worth the call.
No follow-up sequence, no mailing list, no scarcity email. The only emails you get are about your own application.
