Every membership begins with a conversation with a matchmaker. Nothing is charged and nothing is signed until after it.
Membership
Speak to a matchmaker first. When you are ready, choose a membership below. You will read and accept its agreement, including your right to cancel, before anything is charged.
These six do not vary by tier. They are the floor of the practice, not an upgrade path.
In person wherever geography allows, with the matchmaker who will carry your file for the whole term — not an intake coordinator you never meet again.
Government photo identification, employment or business ownership, and confirmation that you are legally free to marry, checked before a first introduction.
County, state and federal conviction searches through a licensed reporting agency, repeated at every renewal. See the statutory caveats below.
A twenty-minute call after each introduction. Everything you say sharpens the search and none of it is repeated to the other party.
The same person start to finish, reachable directly. If they leave the practice you are told in writing and choose your own replacement.
No published profile, no search index, no data sale, no advertising partners. Deletion on request within thirty days, at any point.

Notice may be given in writing to our principal office or by email to [your cancellations email address] — email is sufficient and nothing further is required of you.
If you cancel within that period, every dollar you have paid is refunded within ten days of our receiving your notice. If you die during the term, or become disabled such that the service cannot reasonably be used, the unused portion of the fee is refunded pro rata to you or to your estate.
Memberships run for a fixed term of twelve or twenty-four months and do not renew automatically. Thirty days before a term ends we write to you with the option to renew; if you do not reply, the membership simply ends and no further charge is made.
YOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION AT ANY TIME BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE YOU SIGN IT. ALL MONEY PAID WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN TEN DAYS OF OUR RECEIPT OF YOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. NO MEMBERSHIP RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY. NO INTRODUCTION, MEETING OR OUTCOME IS GUARANTEED.
