You may cancel this membership without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you sign the agreement, not counting Sundays or public holidays. Notice may be given in writing to our principal office or by email to [your cancellations email address] — email is sufficient and nothing further is required of you.
If you cancel within that period, every dollar you have paid is refunded within ten days of our receiving your notice. If you die during the term, or become disabled such that the service cannot reasonably be used, the unused portion of the fee is refunded pro rata to you or to your estate.
Memberships run for a fixed term of twelve or twenty-four months and do not renew automatically. Thirty days before a term ends we write to you with the option to renew; if you do not reply, the membership simply ends and no further charge is made.
YOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION AT ANY TIME BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE YOU SIGN IT. ALL MONEY PAID WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN TEN DAYS OF OUR RECEIPT OF YOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. NO MEMBERSHIP RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY. NO INTRODUCTION, MEETING OR OUTCOME IS GUARANTEED.

Your named matchmaker calls you personally to introduce themselves and to book the intake interview at a time that suits you.
A countersigned copy of your agreement arrives by email, with the cancellation notice restated on the first page rather than in an appendix.
Verification begins: photo identification, employment or business ownership, marital status and the criminal-record search through our licensed agency.
The intake interview is held, in person wherever geography allows. Ninety minutes, no forms, no scoring, no questionnaire.
Your matchmaker searches the private roster and the wider network. You hear from them weekly whether or not there is news to give.
Pause, adjust the brief or ask for your file. Deletion on request is honoured within thirty days regardless of where you are in the term.
