Claret Room conducts criminal background screening on every accepted member through a licensed third-party consumer reporting agency, and re-screens at every renewal. The statutory caveats below apply to that screening and are restated in full on the Privacy & Safety page.
Your account holds your consultation bookings, your application and your membership. No profile is published or search-indexed, your file is never sold or shared with advertisers, and deletion is completed within thirty days of any request.
